We’re delighted to offer free shipping across the UAE for all orders above AED 500.
For orders below that amount, a small delivery fee will be calculated at checkout — no surprises, ever.
🌍 Regional & International Shipping
We currently deliver across the GCC and select international destinations.
All customs duties, VAT, and import fees are handled in advance where applicable, so your order arrives hassle-free and ready to enjoy.
In rare cases where additional documentation is required by your local customs office, our team will reach out promptly to guide you through it.

If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team, and we’ll assist you right away.
🚫 Delivery Issues
Please ensure your address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
If the courier is unable to reach you due to an incorrect address or an unavailable contact, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, a re-shipment can be arranged (subject to an additional delivery fee) or a refund will be processed after deducting shipping costs.
