💔 Damaged or Faulty Items

Please provide your order number, invoice, photos of the damaged product, and the parcel box upon delivery.

Refunds for damaged items are assessed according to the extent of damage under our internal quality policy.

Kindly note that replacements or re-deliveries are not available for damaged items.

📦 Missing Items

Provide your order number, invoice, and clear photos of all received items and the parcel box for verification.

Without the invoice, it may be difficult to confirm your claim, and refunds may not be possible.

Unfortunately, redelivery of missing items is not available.

🔄 Returns

Return requests must be made within 07 business days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and must provide the tracking number within 7 days of dispatch.

Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Items reported after 07 days from delivery.

Items that show signs of use or tampering.

Items that were intentionally damaged.

Items returned without prior approval or against a denied return request.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to your original payment method.

You may also receive a refund via your payment gateway account.

Refunds typically take 2–14 business days to appear.

If the return is due to customer preference or negligence, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund — even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

If the total refund becomes negative after deductions, customers are required to settle the balance via the company’s payment account.
